Create a business profile

A business profile is a collection of legal and administrative info used for legal and compliance requirements for the platform. Therefore it's important that it's filled correctly. Some of the information may already be filled based on your billing account, but additional information may also need to be provided.

  1. When you have submitted your billing account for review, the Dashboard will show a banner with a "Create business profile" button. Click the button to get started.

  2. First you will be prompted to input business details, such as business name and description.

  3. Next you will be asked for your business address. This information may already be filled in from your billing account, but carefully review and add any missing fields.

  4. You will now be asked for legal details of your organization, such as legal representative contact information, data protection representative contact information and privacy policy details.

  5. Finally you will be asked to review your details. After ensuring the information is correct, submit the information. Your business profile may need to go through review, but you can proceed with the next steps in the meantime.
