Set up your billing account
Prerequisites

Steps

Open your Dashboard and you will be prompted at the top to create a billing account. Click the "Create billing account" button to begin the process.

Select your payment method. Both credit card and post-paid billing address are supported.

Enter organization billing details. If card payment was selected, you will be asked for contact information and payment details. For post-paid, you will need to provide the business details, such as tax ID, as well as business and billing address.

Submit the details for review. Once you have provided the necessary information and verified that it's correct, you need to agree to terms and conditions and submit your billing account for approval.

Once your billing account has been approved you will see a banner in the Dashboard asking you to complete your billing setup. You can now proceed to price plan selection.
Managing your payment method
- You can update the default card at any time from the Billing section of your organization.
- If an automatic credit card payment fails, you’ll be notified at the billing contact email to update your card details.
Next step
Once your billing account is active, you can subscribe to a price plan.
